I am giving a full 5 stars because of the manager Alexis. I ordered takeout and was quoted 30 min on a busy Friday night. Knowing the industry, I felt that was an aggressive quote I showed up and was informed my wings were done but the pizza had not been started yet. A customer behind me had come in and ordered at the counter and received their pizza before I did. I was a little annoyed but stayed patient. The woman behind the counter checked on me and ensured my pizza was coming up. She offered me a complimentary dessert and while I love their gelato and dessert, I just wanted my food. She promptly got my pizza and I asked about the quality of my wings as they had been sitting for 30 min. She offered to remake them if they weren’t satisfactory. Great move and I really appreciated the offer. Pizza came out and I was on my way. On the drive back I realized the giardiniera was served on the side and not baked into the pizza as I wanted/ordered. I called and spoke with Alexis. She recognized me immediately and informed me off the bat that my order was comped. I really appreciated that. She went above and beyond by telling me that my next pizza, if ordered over the weekend, would also be comped. This is the epitome of hospitality and making things right. I commend her as a phenomenal manager not only recognizing their error and owning it but making it right above and beyond. Alexis is HOSPITALITY and I appreciate everything she did for me tonight. This is a Friday night go to and because of her efforts, she’s kept a customer and then some. Thank you Alexis for being a ROCKSTAR. You made my night.

This place is so so chill, the food always leaves me so full and satisfied, and the vibes here are amazing. James is amazing service and is so easy to speak to and Jackson absolute rocks everything he makes in the kitchen. Would recommend this pizza place anytime.
