Our meatballs are made in-house daily using a traditional Italian recipe — a blend of beef and pork, fresh herbs, Parmigiano Reggiano, and our own breadcrumbs. Baked in our 900°F brick ovens instead of fried, they develop a beautiful crust while staying tender and juicy inside. Available at both our Brier Creek and Cary locations.

V Pizza’s house-made meatballs are one of the most popular items on our menu at both the Brier Creek and Cary locations. Made fresh daily using a traditional Italian family recipe, our meatballs combine a blend of premium beef and pork with fresh Italian herbs, Parmigiano Reggiano, and house-made breadcrumbs. What makes our meatballs special is that they’re baked in our imported Italian brick ovens at 900°F — not fried or boiled — giving them a beautifully caramelized exterior while keeping the inside incredibly tender and juicy. Served with our house San Marzano marinara, fresh ricotta, and grilled crostini, our Polpette al Forno is the perfect starter, snack, or addition to any meal. We also offer a Meatball Sub on house-baked bread and a Meatball Pizza topped with sliced meatballs, marinara, and mozzarella. For catering events, our meatball platters are a crowd favorite — available in party sizes for weddings, corporate events, and private parties throughout the Triangle.
