V Pizza Calzones Menu

Our calzones and strombolis start with the same fresh daily dough we use for our Neapolitan pizzas — imported Italian ’00’ flour with zero artificial ingredients. Each is hand-rolled, stuffed with premium Italian cheeses and meats, and baked to golden perfection in our 900°F brick ovens.

V Pizza’s hand-rolled calzones and strombolis are a must-try at our Brier Creek and Cary locations. Unlike mass-produced versions, ours are made fresh to order using the same imported Italian ’00’ flour dough that makes our Neapolitan pizzas legendary. The Traditional Calzone or Stromboli features mozzarella and ricotta cheese, finished The V Way and served with San Marzano tomato sauce on the side.

Our Con Carne versions are loaded with mozzarella, ricotta, sausage, pepperoni, and all-natural meatballs. The V Stromboli — our signature creation — features mozzarella, Italian sausage, pepperoni, and Peppadew peppers, drizzled with EVOO and topped with Pecorino Romano and fresh basil.
